Utility Regulator invites views on Firmus energy gas distribution price comtrol (2009 - 2013)

This consultation invitesviews on the determined allowances being proposed for firmus energy over the next 5 years as well as the capital outputs it is being obliged to produce.

Comments in response to the attached consultation paper should be submitted electronically to neil.bingham@niaur.gov.uk or in writing to Neil Bingham, Utility Regulator, Queens House, 14 Queens Street, Belfast, BT1 6ER by Monday 15th December 2008.
