NIAUR consults on changes to the Fuel Security Code and the process for making the changes

The paper sets out proposed changes to bring the FSC up to date, such that it can continue to operate effectively against the background of the prevailing industry framework.

NIAUR welcomes comments, representations and objections on any of the proposals set out in the document including the proposed changes to the FSC set out in Annex 1 and the process by which NIAUR proposes to amend the FSC and should be sent, by 17:00 on 16th May 2008 preferably in electronic format to:
